I just wanna share you guys something that might help you...
There is a website soundcloud.com, if you try visiting especially through Facebook... you can download lot of free Dzongkha songs.... but some you can play only for 40 seconds like a trial. But some new songs are availabe for full download, even you can share it. Try it out!!!
